Broken machine updates.

Cable arriving for curl/extension on Tuesday.

Both treadmills have died 💀💀 can you believe both at the same time!!!😭😭😭😭

I will be putting in an order for 2 new treadmills sometime in the next 24 hours.

I had a surprise for you all and wasn’t going to tell you but… next Friday we have a new machine delivery.

I have brought you a glute thrust machine 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑

I know being without the treadmills is not good but I promise I’m on it 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Another brilliant circuits session this morning 💪🔥 Everyone working at their own level, but all putting the effort in.

Exercise doesn’t always have to be serious, find somewhere you feel comfortable, find your people and enjoy moving your body.
