A client who came to me through a personal recommendation was going through a difficult time — and fitness had been a struggle.

Not because she didn't want it. Because life had simply got in the way.

We built a realistic programme around her, around her schedule, her energy and what she could actually do.

And over time, something shifted. Her workouts became her anchor. That one consistent thing she could come back to, no matter what was happening around her. It gave her clarity. It gave her strength. It helped her get through.

Take it outside this June. ☀️

Ditch the indoor routine — even just for this month. A brisk walk, some high knees on the lawn, a few moves off a garden bench. That's it. That's enough.
