Hello all! It’s been a while… can’t believe how fast mum life whizz’s by! Anyhow, I want to tell you all about Baby Yoga and Yoga in general at 11:11 Yoga Studios.
This place has honestly changed my life and thought I’d recommend on my page whilst my classes are on hold.

Did you know that we offer prenatal & mum and baby yoga classes?
Prenatal:
T I M E S : Sundays 9:00am
At 11:11 we have developed a practice uniquely designed for pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can help support mums-to-be emotionally and physically. With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength.
Prenatal yoga is designed to support mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth. Our classes will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, while addressing any unexpected challenges that might arise. From uplifting movement practices and back care, to meditations to connect with your baby, you will leave your practice feeling calm, present and ready to take on the day.
Please note classes will only be available for women who have passed the first Trimester of pregnancy. Please consult with a GP should you have any complications with your pregnancy before attending.
Mum & Baby:
T I M E S: Thursdays 11:30am
Relax, strengthen your muscles, and have fun with your baby. 11:11 Mum and Baby yoga classes are a great way to get back into exercising. These gentle classes are designed for you and your baby to do together, giving your baby the opportunity to reach out, stretch and explore life while following some gentle yoga moves. Most importantly , baby yoga involves relaxation, letting your baby know what it feels like to be quiet and still.
Please note mums must be at least 8 weeks post-partum for natural birth and 12 weeks for C-section delivery. Please check with your GP if you have had complications with delivery before attending class.
