We spend so much of life rushing from one thing to the next that we stop paying attention to what our bodies are telling us.
Tight shoulders.
A clenched jaw.
Holding our breath.
Moving on autopilot.
Pilates asks us to slow down, tune in, and take ownership of our movement again.
Not just to build strength, but to build awareness.
Because when we understand our bodies better, we move through life with a little more confidence
