The hottest day so far…. A huge Thank You to all our clients for their understanding during this weather. There is always an opportunity for learning and it was brilliant to see the children so keen. Ice lollies all round for the humans and Recovery Mash for the ponies. Much appreciated πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒžπŸ¦πŸ΄

Welfare is so important to us… with the high temperatures forecast I clipped Bramble last night.
The older ponies will find it harder to adjust with such a rapid temperature change.
All the ponies are on electrolytes, have Himalayan salt licks, sugar beet (unmolassed) water as well as lots of fresh water and apple water. Turnout is in the cooler temperature .
Bramble looks fabulous and enjoyed the mutual grooming from Victor πŸ΄πŸŒžπŸ™πŸ»
