Starting 1st May | 6:30 PM

Meet Star — a Yin Yoga & Meditation teacher and human-centred therapist, bringing a deeply nurturing and restorative experience to Repose Studio.

Her classes are more than just yoga… they’re a space to truly pause.

Through slow, candlelit, floor-based sequences, you’ll be guided to hold poses for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to gently release tension while calming the mind.

This is your time to:

– Slow down and breathe
– Reconnect with your body
– Regulate your nervous system
– Let go of stress and overwhelm

You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and fully present ✨
