“I started reformer Pilates at EBR just over a year ago. A friend of mine thought I’d enjoy reformer so I thought I’d give it a go and have never looked back!
I love the classes at EBR as every teacher is different so you can really tailor your classes to what you feel you need, some are very technical and calming others are a full on work out! I’ve never been a very regular exerciser and prefer things like yoga or ballet, buying classes in blocks and then committing to the 3 month subscription has really helped me keep consistant! I never regret going to a class and always come out feeling great. I’ve noticed the change in my body - muscle strength and definition in my legs and arms and it’s now a piece of cake to run up the two escalators in the tube to get to my train on time! Taking 45 mins away from the kids, work etc to spend some time on myself on a Monday evening really sets me up for the week! My only wish is that I could fit in another class each week, I currently do 2 but would love to do 3!”
