More than reformer.

Do you know that working with Pilates apparatus means more than just reformer?

'Reformer Pilates' would be like describing Gymnastics as 'Beam Gymnastics' or Parallel Bars Gymnastics'. It is just one part of the Full Method, using all of the apparatus.

At jadepilates our teachers are highly qualified and certified to teach on all of the apparatus, so we just teach 'Pilates', meaning the Full Method using matwork, reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel and more.

Come and experience it for yourself. Everything will be tailored to you and our groups are a maximum of 4.

All apparatus, the full method, personalised, with highly skilled and experienced teachers.
