Summer holidays are here, time to put the new term dates for mat pilates courses September to December 2025 in the diary !

Join me in September, after the holidays, for matwork courses that focus on back health, core strength, muscle and bone health, flexibility and so much more !

Classes are held at 2 lovely venues, the halls at St John's Church Eden Park Avenue and the new BRFC Clubhouse, Balmoral Avenue.

It feels like summer has already arrived 🌞

Mat pilates is for everybody and I’m excited to be teaching a new course at Beckenham RFC in the sunny clubhouse on a Saturday morning, details below.

Mat pilates has so many physical benefits, it will improve your core strength and increase your flexibility. Pilates helps reduce back pain and improves posture. The benefits of pilates are not just physical, take time out for yourself and find out how pilates can lower stress and encourage mindfulness as we move through the exercises.

Classes June - July are as follows:

Saturday Classes 10-11am
Beckenham RFC in the BR3 Clubhouse, Balmoral Avenue
All levels
7th June - 19th July (7 weeks inclusive)
Price for this block of 7 weeks is £91

2025 new term starts St John's Church, Beckenham, Eden Park.

I'm looking forward to getting back into our regular movement sessions.

Classes are now running on a Wednesday evening, 6-7pm, as well as Thursday 7-8pm, at St John's Eden Park.

Please note that the Wednesday course starts a little later on September 18th.
