🐴🌿 This week at Cottage Wellbeing 🌿🐴

This week, we’ve started learning about how to join up with the horses 💚

We’re beginning to explore the importance of building trust, connection and understanding and learning how to communicate with the horses and work together as a team. 🐴

We’re also learning about personal space, boundaries and respect - understanding how to ask a horse to respect our space, how to be clear and consistent in our communication and how to recognise and respond to their body language.

It’s not about forcing the horse to do what we want, but about building a relationship based on mutual trust, calm confidence and understanding. 💚

There are so many valuable life skills to learn from these amazing animals, from setting healthy boundaries to developing patience, confidence and self-awareness.

Every little step is part of the journey and we’re looking forward to seeing our connections grow! ✨🐴
