I have some news! I have to cancel all classes as start work at American Express tomorrow and at short notice doing late shifts!
Please make sure you check this page as will be announcing new schedules!

D**e road park 6pm. £5 only.
Fit class for all levels. Wednesdays and Fridays

Walk down path to the right of the children’s playground and keep going to green. I will be on far side.
Message me if you’re coming!
School holidays so bring the children!
No problem!
OR
Mondays at Exeter street hall 6pm £5

Bring your loyalty cards to all classes to be stamped to gain your free class.
Bring water to all classes and mats on Monday only. See previous posts on my page for full details.
