⚽️ Congratulations Halle ✍️🎉 ⚽️

A huge congratulations to Halle on securing a contract with the London City Lionesses Academy for next season 👏🦁

At only 9 years old, whilst already playing up within our U11 Girls squad this season, Halle’s development has absolutely skyrocketed 🚀

Her dedication and commitment to training, match days, and continuous improvement have been exceptional throughout the season. What has impressed us most is the resilience and mentality she has shown after some really challenging games at the start of the year.

Rather than giving up, Halle continued to work, learn, and grow - showing a fantastic “never give up” attitude throughout her 3-month trial period with LCL.

This opportunity is thoroughly deserved and is a reflection of her hard work, bravery, and mindset both on and off the pitch.

We wish Halle every success on the next stage of her football journey and we will be watching her future with huge pride 🩶💙

🏆 CHAMPIONS 🏆

A huge congratulations to our U13 Boys who were crowned champions today at the Seaford Town Tournament 👏⚽️

An incredible achievement across the whole squad, with BOTH Sussex RTC teams battling their way through to the semi-finals — a fantastic reflection of the depth, quality and development within the group this season.

The standard, attitude and togetherness shown throughout the day was outstanding 👏

Eight years ago, Antoine Semenyo was on loan at non-league Bath City.

Now he’s scoring the winning goal in an FA Cup Final at Wembley.

That’s football.
That’s development.
That’s why the journey matters.

Not every player’s pathway is straight.
Not every player gets there early.
Not every player is seen at the same time.

But if you keep working, keep believing, keep improving, and stay true to your game — your moment can still come.
