There is just over 13 weeks until Christmas.

What can you achieve in that time frame?

There will be many challenges and set backs along your journey.

But the outcome will come down to how you deal with those challenges and how you bounce back.⁣

I’ve had clients lose up to 50 lbs in 16 weeks, I’ve also had clients that have only lost 10 lbs.⁣

Alok got in the best shape of his life and came 3rd in a natural bodybuilding competition.

When Alok reached out to me he already had a good understanding of nutrition and training.

He’d been training for around 6 years and got in good shape before.

But this time he wanted to take things to the Next Level 🚀

He wanted to step on a natural bodybuilding stage for the first time.

Alok was confident he could get lean but he wanted to get shredded and be competitive on the stage, so he wanted to leave no stone unturned.

There were several occasions when things got tough, but he had structure and accountability which helped him stay focused throughout the 4-month prep.

He could’ve easily given up with the show being cancelled 3 times and having to train at home during 2 lockdowns.

But Alok showed grit and determination and didn’t stop working until the job got done.

To top it off Alok did a photoshoot 2 days after and got some incredible photos that show the hard work he put in.

"I feel like I've wasted so much time and energy following the wrong advice."

Danny reached out to me after seeing 100s of my client transformations on my website and social media.

He'd already spoken to a few guys that I've helped that go to the same gym and so he trusted that I was the right person person to help him achieve his goals.

Danny had been training for a few years but never felt he was getting anywhere.

He’d also worked with other trainers in the past but never got the results he wanted.

He was training on a regularly basis, eating 5-6 meals a day but the body fat wasn't shifting.

It got to the point where he'd almost given up, motivation was at an all time low and his confidence was dropping.

He simply wasn't following the right plan, didn't have any accountability and lacked the knowledge to help him make any progress.

As you can see in the before and after above he didn't give up on his goal.

Don’t let being busy hold you back from achieving your goals.

Zameer was stuck at a plateau and didn’t know how to move forward.

He was working long shifts at a restaurant and struggled to find the time to prep his meals and get his workouts in.

When it comes to achieving your goals, like anything in life, you have to be committed and make it a priority.

You need to dedicate enough time and energy into each task in order to make progress.

If you’re only giving 50% effort you’ll only get half of the results.

In most cases you’ll need to create non negotiables that fit into your schedule, this means making the time not trying to find time.

If it’s not a big priority for you, you’ll skip workouts and leave meal prepping or organising your food until last minute when your will power is at it’s lowest.

Zameer lost 18 lbs of body fat and finally got 6 pack abs because he was following a plan that was structured and had set non negotiables to follow.

The positive habits he built allowed him to finally brake through his plateaus.

He was still as busy as ever but saw that time was never the issue, it was planning, setting strong principles and then being consistent.

When John reached out to me he already had a good amount of knowledge around training and nutrition.

But despite this, he never made the progress he worked hard for.

He understood energy balance and progressive overload but still fell short of achieving his goals.

John needed to follow an approach that was flexible and allowed him to attend regular social events.

This allowed him to stay consistent and enjoy the process.

Not only did he drop body fat but he improved his strength, energy and fitness.

He’s now armed with the knowledge and habits to maintain his results for good.

5 Daily Non-Negotiables

That will get you in the shape your life.

1. Track your calorie intake. When you understand how much you’re eating, it’s easier to make changes to the amount of food you eat to ensure you’re in a calorie deficit.

2. Exercise 3-4 days per week. You don’t need to be going to the gym 6-7 days per week. 3-4 weight training sessions and some cardio after your workouts is enough.

3. Daily steps. Set yourself a set target. 8-10,000 steps per day will make it a lot easier to lose body fat.

4. Quality sleep. 7-8 hours of quality uninterrupted quality sleep will help you function well and perform your best.

5. Stay consistent. When you’re consistent with the basics you can’t go wrong. If you slip up, get straight back on it and don’t lose momentum.

The goal for David was to get lean as possible while maintaining muscle mass and improve his fitness levels.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not only did he achieve this goal but David was also getting stronger each week, hitting PBs even when calories were dropping and energy output was increasing.

David had a super busy job working longs hours, but he still made the time to get his training in and track his calories.

When you’re following a plan that has clear targets time shouldn’t be an issue.
