The last Chatty Paces run led by Rick and myself. A Christmas Quiz scamper.

Thank you to everyone that we have had the pleasure of running with over the last twenty years it’s been a blast but it’s time to step away with many many fond memories.

Thank you all those that made it this evening and huge thanks to Kathryn for the mince pies and mulled wine. Hugs to all, and happy scampers xx

Thank you everyone who could make it this evening. It was wonderful to see you and to share more memories and laughter. Many thanks to Tiff for organising the fabulous photo book and all the kind words everyone sent. It has been two decades of fun, challenges and most of all friendships that we can share and treasure. Big love to all and heart felt thanks. 🥂🏃🏻‍♀️

Yes it me going out with a bang or a buck for the North Devon Hoispice, it’s the first time in 20 years I have personally asked for any charitable donation.
The hospice is a fantastic organisation that supports patients and families when they need it most, I have seen this first hand, it’s wonderful and inspiring. I appreciate any donation you can give. Hugs to you all. ❤️

After more than 12 years of coaching with Chatty Paces Running Club, I have decided now is the time to hang up my running shoes with them, sadly I can not commitment 100% to my coaching role due to my new job. As a coach I am so privileged to have run with so many wonderful women, many of you have started from couch to 5k with me and to see you still running now makes me incredibly proud. My gratitude goes out to Liz & Rick for giving me the opportunity to work with them at this amazing running club. I will still be continuning with my one to one coaching, so please contact me for more details.
We are having a meal at the Duck Dive in Braunton on Thursday 19th June @ 7pm, please let me know if you would like to join us.

This is a request for additional marshall support for the Braunton 10 this month. It would suit anyone who isn’t planning to run but would be keen to be involved. If you fancy it let Liz or me know and we can put you in touch with the organisers.

I’m once again organising the Braunton 10 running races on Sunday 26th Jan and was wondering if anyone was free to spare a couple of hours to help marshal. We can pay in coffee and cake and all profits are going to charity! The race starts at 11am, so marshalling around the start area should be done by 11:15 ish, or equally if you are busy first thing, we could use the help around the finish area later on.
Additionally, we are also pushing for more entries so if anyone wants to burn off the xmas pud why not enter! If you could spread the word with family, friends and work colleagues I would be very grateful. I have attached our flier which has a QR code for the entry page, if you are able to print it out and help advertise that would be amazing. Thanks Zoe B
