While these awards are a huge honour, what we’re most grateful for is our amazing community. In a world where there are more choices than ever, we never take for granted that you continue to choose us, trust us, and support us.

We’re also incredibly thankful to our wonderful team of instructors, whose professionalism, dedication, and genuine care create an environment where our clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Although our studio may be small, we have always hoped it would feel like a place where people can walk through the door, instantly feel at ease and truly belong. Our Pre & Post Natal Reformer Pilates sessions are thoughtfully designed to support mums-to-be and new mums with safe, personalised movement in a calm and nurturing environment.

✨ Small class size (max. 6 clients)
✨ Personalised guidance & hands-on corrections
✨ Gentle strength, stability & recovery
✨ Core & pelvic floor support
✨ Improved posture & body awareness

Every Wednesday 9:30am

Suitable for:
• Prenatal clients (13–32 weeks)
• Postnatal clients (6–8 weeks after birth)

Move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel supported every step of the way.

Bookings can be made via our App or Website.

*Please note that a dedicated Pre & Post Natal package is required to attend these sessions.

Big changes are coming📱✨

We’re launching a brand-new booking system and app on 4 June to make your experience even better. You’ll be able to start using the new system from this date.

Bookings through the current app will be available until 9 June only, after which all sessions and bookings will move to the new system.

Once the new app and booking system are live, we’ll share all the details with you via email and social media. This change is part of our ongoing effort to provide a smoother, more user-friendly booking experience for everyone.

Stay tuned for an easier way to book your classes.
