Ace is back on track with Redcar tonight, as the Bears welcome Plymouth to the ECCO Arena in KOC Semi Final action.

June's averages sees Ace move back into the main body.

We would also like to say a couple of big thank you's! firstly to our engine tuner JHM.. The bottom end of Ace's engine broke earlier in the week, we sent it to John and his excellent work meant it was fixed and ready for this weekend's meetings. We would also like to thank Theo for driving with Ace to pick the engine up yesterdayπŸ™

A mixed afternoon for Ace, a couple of solid starts in his first 3 heats before an engine failure would strike entering B3 L4 of heat 14, which took him from 3 points to 0, thankfully the other riders behind managed to avoid him too.
A win in ht 19 put him with first pick in the SF, after the Retirement in the one before essentially cost him his route straight to the final as the meeting's top scorer.
A good ride in the semi final to advance to the final. Ace would make one of his worse starts of the afternoon and found himself in third place, before a rider would dive up the inside of him B3 L2 taking Ace out. The rider was excluded as the cause of the stoppage, but the Ref also opted to award the race.

Ace finishes a tough afternoon on the rostrum.

Stene also had 3 outings in the meeting, scoring a creditable 3 points!

It’s a big day for Team Pijper as Ace lines up in today’s British Under 21 final on his home track at Redcar! It’s a tough looking line up and he’s sure to give it everything! Stene is also apart of the meeting as a track reserve!

A slow start this evening, but we got it together in the second half of the meeting. The gating improved as the meeting went on and we had a couple of good battles out on track too.
