Tomorrow, the boys travel to Addiewell to face Loganlea United Colts as we return to league action following a well-earned victory in the Scottish Cup last weekend.

Hopefully, we can carry that momentum into tomorrow’s game and come away with the three points. 💪⚽️

Biggar UTD 3-3 KSQ AFC

A hard fought point from the boys today in our first league game in LEAFA. We found ourselves 1-0 down after 25 minutes but quickly found ourselves back level after a cross into the box was headed in by the KSQ defender. We then took the lead after 36 minutes only to concede 5 minutes later to finish the half off 2-2.

The second half started off brightly and we managed to get a 3rd goal after 55 minutes. Unfortunately with 25 minutes to go we lost a player due to a second yellow. The boys dug deep and managed to hold on until the 86th minute when KSQ equalised and the game finished 3-3.

PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY | MATCHDAY EVE

Tomorrow, Biggar United FC welcome Dirrans Athletic AFC to Hartree Sports Ground for the first meeting between the two clubs.

We're looking forward to hosting the Ayrshire side, who are bringing a fantastic travelling support for what promises to be a competitive pre-season fixture.

A well-deserved end-of-season day out for the lads at Musselburgh Races today. 🏇🍻

After a long and demanding season, the boys have earned a wee break to relax and enjoy themselves together.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported the club throughout the season. Attention now turns to the new league campaign, where we'll be looking forward to the challenges ahead and working hard to build on this year.

Our awards night was a great wee night and a brilliant way to round off the season.

A massive thank you to William and Alan for organising all the awards and helping make the night happen. We'd also like to thank all of our sponsors who came along and continue to support the club throughout the season. Your support is greatly appreciated. Big shout to Billy crawford for playing some brilliant music for us. Last but not least the bowling club for being such good hosts.👏

Full Time | Biggar United 1–1 Gala Hotspur

⭐️MOTM - Charlie Walker covered every blade of grass and was a real nuisance for Gala to handle. Also big mention for Callum gray and Ben Allan with a solid performance. 👏

Our final game of the season ended all square at home last night against Gala Hotspur. A hard-fought match and a fair result to close things out.

After 14 years in the Borders Amateur League, this marks the end of an era for the club. It’s been a strong final season — with a possible 3rd or 4th finish depending on results and reaching a semi-final is no small achievement, and the boys have put in a solid shift throughout.

Now it’s time for the next chapter… bigger and better 💪👌

Full Time: Biggar United 2–3 Gala Hotspur

A real tale of two halves today. We controlled the first half, playing some excellent football and creating plenty of chances—enough to have us comfortably 2–0 up.

The second half told a different story. A number of changes and increased pressure from Gala saw them pull two goals back, taking the match into extra time.

Extra time was frustrating. We struggled to get going, with decisions not falling our way, and Gala capitalised—finding the winner through an unmarked man at the back post.

A disappointing result, but we move on.
