A little appreciation post for our lovely Millie, who is moving to Australia tomorrow 🇦🇺🤍

Millie has been such a big part of Fusion over the last few years and has supported us from the very beginning. We’re going to miss having her in our classes—and her gorgeous energy in the studio—so much.

Thank you for all your support, Millie. We’re so excited for this next chapter and wish you the most amazing adventure in Australia. Please come back and visit us whenever you’re home!

August at Fusion ✨

What a month it’s been…

🌸 Pilates & Wildflowers
🎶 Reformer & Soundbath
🏓 Pilates & Pickleball
🤍 We welcomed the lovely Kate to our teaching team
💪 Jumpboards returned
✨ Another student joined our 200 Classes Club
👋 We welcomed new students
🧘‍♀️ 120 individual students came through our doors
🤸‍♀️ And together, we taught 76 sessions!

But August wasn’t really about the numbers.

It was about moving together, trying something new, celebrating consistency and creating opportunities for our community to spend time together—both inside and outside the studio.

Thank you to every person who booked a class, attended an event, supported Fusion or recommended us to somebody new.

We’re so grateful you choose our little studio 🤍

🤰Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates 👶

A supportive class designed specifically for both pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Whether you’re preparing your body for birth or gradually returning to movement after having your baby, the class will help you move safely, maintain or rebuild strength and feel supported through every stage.

New mums are welcome to bring their baby along in a bouncer or car seat, so there’s no need to arrange childcare. Please don’t worry if feeding, changing or comforting is needed during the class — simply pause whenever you need to. Babies will be babies!

A welcoming space for mums-to-be and new mums to move, feel stronger and take some time for themselves.

Every Tuesday 6pm

Pilates & Pickleball 🎾 at Brandsburton tennis club

What a morning!

We started with a 30-minute warm up Pilates class before heading onto the courts for 75 minutes of coached Pickleball.

We learnt how to play, got to grips with the rules and put everything we’d learnt into practice with some mini games to finish.

Lots of laughs, a little healthy competition and the chance to try something completely new together.

Another gorgeous morning of movement, community and trying something a little different — exactly what our Summer of Wellness is all about. 🤍

JUMPBOARDS ARE BACK 💥

And we’ve definitely missed these on the timetable…

Every Tuesday | 7pm

Think Reformer Pilates, but with a little more pace, energy and burn.

Using the Jumpboard, we’ll move through dynamic jumping sequences that get your heart rate up without the heavy impact of traditional jumping — mixed with plenty of core, legs and glutes.

It’s challenging. It’s sweaty. Your legs will know about it.

But it’s also ridiculously good fun 🙌🏼

If you love your Reformer classes but fancy switching things up, come and give Jumpboards a go.

I can’t quite believe I get to say this…

We’re officially finalists in TWO categories at The UK Small Business Awards 2026 🥹

✨ Me — Female Entrepreneur of the Year

When I opened Fusion just over two years ago, I had no idea where it would take me. I just knew I wanted to create a small, welcoming studio where people genuinely enjoyed coming to move, feel stronger and make time for themselves.

There have been so many highs, plenty of challenges, lots of learning as I’ve gone… and so much work behind the scenes that nobody ever really sees.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built with Fusion over the last two years, but behind the studio, the classes, the events and everything you see on here, there’s also me — figuring it out as I go, taking risks, making mistakes, learning, adapting and putting so much of myself into making this small business work.

But Fusion wouldn’t be Fusion without every single person who has walked through our doors, booked a class, recommended us, shared a post, come along to an event or simply continued to support this little business of mine.

Whatever happens at the awards, I think I’m going to allow myself to be really bloody proud of this one. 🥹✨

Can’t every Sunday morning start like this? 🌸

We’ve had the most gorgeous morning of Pilates & Wildflower Picking at Tickton Farm.

We started with a 45-minute mat Pilates class inside the tipi, before heading out into the sunshine to wander through the fields and pick our own wildflowers.

Followed by conversation, community and cake.

Does it get any better? 🤍✨
