Alanโs journey is the very definition of the Shorts FC pathway โก๏ธ
from Shorts Junior, to 1st team Top Goalscorer. 1st Team Captain, and now to 1st Team Manager.
His commitment to the club, his standards, and his deep understanding of our identity make him the right person to lead us forward.

โญ๏ธHugh Adair (Shuggsy) โ adored by the club and now appointed Assistant Manager. Weโre absolutely delighted to have Shuggsy alongside Alan.
โญ๏ธMichael Gibson (Gibbo) โ A former 1st team Keeper, Gibbo joins as Goalkeeping Coach. Another lifelong Shorts man, Gibboโs humour and energy will be a huge addition to the changing room.
โญ๏ธMichael Ennis (Mitch) โ completes AJโs backroom team. A former Shorts Captain, Mitchโs toughโtackling, noโnonsense approach made him a formidable player, but it's his knowledge of the game and attitude towards it will be a huge asset to AJ and the squad now.
AJ, Mitch, Gibbo, and Shuggsy know exactly what our club is about. Everyone on the committee and throughout the Shorts FC family wishes our new management team every success heading into the new season. ๐๏ธโ๏ธ๐ป๐
