“WEIGHT LOSS ISN’T LINEAR.”

And this is exactly where most people quit.

People expect fat loss to look like:
⬇️ Perfect progress
⬇️ Scale dropping every week
⬇️ Motivation staying high
⬇️ Zero setbacks

But reality?
It looks messy.

Some weeks the scale drops.
Some weeks it doesn’t.
Some days you feel amazing.
Some days you feel frustrated.

There will be:

1 Mile Run.
100 Pull Ups.
200 Push Ups.
300 Squats.
1 Mile Run.

A workout that tests so much more than just fitness.
It tests mindset, resilience, grit and the ability to keep moving when your body wants to stop.

And this weekend our members absolutely stepped up. 👏

Every single person dug deep, supported each other and pushed through one rep at a time. Whether it was your first Murph, scaled version or RX’d with a vest… the effort, determination and community spirit in the room was unreal.

That’s what makes workouts like this so special.
Not just the physical challenge…
But seeing people prove to themselves they’re capable of more than they think. 💪

Every year thousands of people across the world take on “Murph” - one of the most iconic workouts in CrossFit.

The workout is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy’s and is completed in honour of fallen service members.

Murph consists of:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

Optionally completed wearing a weighted vest.

But Murph isn’t about fitness.
It’s about resilience, sacrifice, community and pushing through discomfort alongside others.

And the best part?
It can be scaled to match ALL abilities.

Whether you complete every rep RX, split it with a partner, scale the movements or simply show up and give it your best effort. You’re part of something bigger than just a workout.
