A very well organised event by Bedford Harriers AC in their 40th year.
24yrs since my dad passed and this event always sells out.
A few iCycle member are running.
Couch to 5k and experienced runners... join us.

The long mid week ride to Chiltern Velo Cafe has been pushed back a week. Hoping for a sunny day 😎
