Mark Taylor has left the club today and Joined Irvine Meadow XI FC

We wish Mark all the best for the future

WELCOME TO THE MEADOW | MARK TAYLOR

Irvine Meadow XI are delighted to announce the signing of prolific striker Mark Taylor from Arthurlie FC.

A proven goalscorer with an excellent reputation in the West of Scotland game, Mark has been a long term target for the management team and a player we have tracked and admired for some time. We’re delighted to finally bring him to Meadow Park.

Big, powerful and quick, Sparky brings a real presence at the top end of the pitch. His physicality, pace and ability to lead the line make him a difficult opponent for any defence, while his goalscoring record speaks for itself.

The Meadow support have already had a first-hand look at what he can do, with Mark finding the net against us for Arthurlie just two weeks ago. We’re delighted that the next chapter of his career will now be written in Medda blue and white.

This is a signing we’re extremely pleased to get over the line and we’re looking forward to seeing Sparky make his Mark at Meadow Park.

Club Statement

Today, we have reluctantly accepted the resignation of Manager Willie Dyer and his coaching team.

We would like to place on record our sincere thanks and appreciation to Willie, John and Craig for their professionalism, commitment and dedication over the past few seasons, as well as for the exciting and entertaining brand of football they have brought to the club.

We wish Willie, John and Craig every success in the future and all the very best in their continued careers within the game
