Recovery doesn’t have to mean stopping.
When Martin came back to training after knee surgery, every session was built around what he could do, not what he couldn’t.

Rather than rushing the process, we focused on smart, consistent training. Exercises were modified, plans were adjusted, and progress was made every step of the way.
The result?
✅ Full-depth squats and lunges
✅ Improved strength and balance
✅ Greater confidence in movement
As Martin said:
