Our U11 Bucks & Sikas continued their winning spells last night; Bucks away at Pen*stone Cricket Club and Sikas hosting Sprotbrough Cricket Club.
All round great performances from both teams.
Many thanks to Pen*stone for hosting and Sprotbrough for making the journey, we wish both teams the very best for the remainder of the season.

Super Sunday Roundup 💫
Our U13 Fallows travelled to Silkstone to take on Pen*stone Cricket Club U13s. Pen*stone won the toss and elected to bat. They got off to a strong start setting a target of 122/0. Then on came Darton each player playing an integral part in the run chase but in particular Robert and Christopher who opened and closed batting with sensible batting which resulted in a Darton victory by 5 runs.
Meanwhile U11 players Callum, Jasper and Oliver played for South Yorkshire. Jasper & Oliver opened the batting scoring 59 and 40 runs respectively.
Over in Bradford, Gabriel, Joshua, Lawson and Noah played for Barnsley District Junior rep team. Unfortunately they didn’t come away with the win but Joshua scored a notable 43 runs and got one wicket.
Finally, U15s George pulled off a spectacular performance for Darton Sunday XI scoring an outstanding 105 not out and fellow U15s team mate Ellis took 3 wickets!

And the wins keep coming, this time was the turn of our U11 Bucks who hosted Upper Haugh Cricket Club U11 at Darton Cricket Club.
Darton got off to a strong start, batting first and setting the impressive target of 181/3.
They went on to bowl a great innings not allowing the opposition to gain any momentum with the bat. Upper Haugh finished 93-6 resulting in a Darton victory by 103 runs.

Many thanks to Worsbrough Bridge CC who travelled to Darton Cricket Club this evening to play against our U15 Reds. The weather was challenging to say the least but both teams battled through stoppages to complete the fixture.
Stand out performances came from Eli & Nikhil who both retired not out and Lucy who was brilliant behind the stumps. Darton set an impressive target of 170-2.
Worsbrough put up a strong fight despite the inclement weather but couldn’t reach Darton’s target finishing 100-2.
Darton Reds won by 70 runs
