Happy birthday to the Everyman Legend , Peter pound 4 pound Russell , he's the true spirit of Everyman and he's the man who helped me start it all , he has the light up the room magic that few people have , personally he's been a rock for me in the last 4 years so I thank him for that.

Everyman Football is looking for players , whether you've played football before or never played it doesn't matter to us , Everyman will be treated the same , we've got a lively what's app group which is like a 1980s changing room , we've have the odd social , we support each other off the pitch.

Little Everyman socials this weekend , last night after a sweaty session in the club , headed out for a social , then me and my right hand man went out for a stroll to talk about everything we can think of .

Social isolation in any man woman or child is something we should all try and help with .

Morning all ,

I'm starting private sessions , I'll send all the details over soon , the goal is to bring boxing and therapy together.

So we would learn the boxing basics , exercise and maybe chat in between rounds , but that will come with trust.

I'm not a trained therapist I'm not a personal trainer
I don't know what a macro is .

But I have life experience
A space for you to work alone or with a friend
A pair of pads
A pair of ears .

I think the hardest challenge we've done so far , The Yorkshire 3 peaks , 3 climbs , 24 miles and a whole lot of aches and pains , but made easier with the company and laughs we had , big thanks to our leader and legend Simon Scott for the effort he puts in to arranging the trips , physically we are in pain but mentally we are on top of the world ma .
