New sessions in Wendover Woods start next week!
⭐️ Run Fit ⭐️
From Wednesday 4 November, 12.45pm
A 45 minute lunchtime session of running and strength training using Wendover Woods as our gym! This is a great session for runners who want to get stronger and more agile on the trails, as well as non-runners who want to get fitter.
⭐️ Beyond 5k ⭐️
From Saturday 7 November, 9.30am
Build your distance from 5k to around 8k. Perfect for anyone who has done a couch to 5k, wants to build up their distance, is returning from injury or wants to start regularly trail running!
Both sessions are £7 each, with a discount if you book 6 sessions per run in advance. A percentage of everything you pay goes back into the Woods to help with the upkeep.
