🎉 What a success! 🎉

Our first week of our summer timetable was amazing! Nearly 500 attendances on our classes during last week! Crazy 🏆

Now with all our reformer classes taking off, we’re expecting attendances of over 500 during summer! 🤩

We always appreciate feedback on our classes, please always send us a private message or email. We will try our best to take everything in and change things around, but seeing the amount of attendants last week, we’re so happy more people are able to attend! Plus had really positive feedback 😁

So basically a thank you from us to you at OJ 💙

This week run by the British Nutrition Foundation is promoting healthy eating across the nation 😎

Nutrition is a massive part of your health and fitness journey, and making better healthier choices can definitely help you get there more efficiently 🤝

We believe it’s all about balance though (which watching Josie stand on one leg is hilarious) 👀

So guys enjoy your food, make good choices, but also don’t ever feel guilty about what you eat. Life is all about balance ⚖️

🎉 Reformer Pilates is officially here 🎉

Here we go Pilate fans…

Ash is opening slots for reformer pilates next week 🎉

So reformer pilates will only be available for members with classes included in their memberships, and at a cost of only £10 per class! ✅

Ash will take payments just before the class so book in as usual, and be ready to pay £10 before class! Being the best priced in Devon 😎

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout done on a reformer bed (sliding bed machine with springs for resistance). It builds strength, improves flexibility, posture, balance, and core stability while being gentle on the joints.

Ash’s slots have now opened on the ClubRight app so book in now 📲

We know these times don’t suit everyone, so we will also be taking on private classes as well. So for anyone who wants a class, and can’t make these times, don’t fear if we can get together 7 people at a certain time, Ash will come in and be able to do one off classes when he can! 🤝

Was lovely to see some familiar and new faces down the market last Thursday 😁

Me and Josie will be going around every month talking to people about what the gym has to offer, and that it’s a lot more than just a gym 😌

We even persuaded a few people to come on down and try out some classes for free 👀

Always feel free to approach us, we know the gym can be intimidating but once you take the steps through the doors it’s home 💙

Our MOST ever classes we’ve ever had at Axminster! So many classes! 🤯

What’s changed ⬇️

🔹Legs, Bums & Tums - It’s back and ready to hit those specific needs
🔹Wild rose yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Power Yoga - You have 4 yoga classes a week included in your membership 💥
🔹Pilates - 4 Pilate classes with our two brilliant instructors 4 times a week and occasionally on Sundays! Keep an eye on the app! 👀
🔹Pump class on Friday - Incoming pump set coming soon! Currently be a full body session 💪
🔹Crossfitness - A brilliant full body workout of the day to really wake you up on a Sunday morning!
🔹Chi Chi Fit & Dance Fit - Chi chi fit is coming back, just around the corner. Dance fit is changed up and ready to mix fitness with dance 💃

What a great attitude in all classes! If you’ve ever done a class with Carol in it, you’ll realise how much better it is with her there 😁

Why did you come to the gym Carol? 🎤

‘It’s a lovely 24/7 gym with friendly staff who help with any questions, issues, exercises that you’re stuck with. Classes are amazing especially Bootcamps and Pilates, you should just come down and check it out’.
