Using an open coaching style at a pace that suits you, we work with you to achieve your goals, whether it be simply to get fitter to enhance and enjoy life, or train for a lifetime goal, like running a marathon and beyond, or anything in between

EDHF is known for doing particularly well for clients who have previously had little or no fitness success, as well as for those clients who are working to achieve elite levels of fitness

We aim to meet your needs through providing you with holistic support while helping you to chose healthy lifestyle options

Based in our private gym in the heart of the East Devon countryside we offer a range of services on an individual and small group basis. Our flexible approach means that we can use these service packages as a framework for developing a bespoke service package for your requirements

The inaugural 'Wetlands to Woodlands Walk' is tomorrow
Saturday 20th April. Meet at Seaton tram Terminus at 10am.
Travel on the tram (ticket concession for those doing the walk) and arrive at Colyton where you will be greeted by a walk leader to take you on this delightful walk of 4.5 miles. Through Colyton and Holyford Woods on 'Bluebell Day' continuing on through the woods to Couchill Common, descending to Seaton Hole, and finally wending your way along the shoreline back to Seaton.
