The miles themselves are manageable — you lace up, you run, you recover.🏃♂️ 👌
But life around those miles? That’s the real challenge. Early alarms, juggling work, skipping plans, eating like it’s your full-time job, and trying not to fall asleep at 8:30 p.m.
Marathon training isn’t hard because of the running. It’s hard because the rest of your world doesn’t stop while you’re doing it.
But somehow, you manage. One long run, one early morning, one tired grocery trip at a time. And that’s what makes crossing the finish line feel like magic.
