Ampthill Women's RUFC Friendly women's rugby team, for all levels of experience based out of Ampthill Rugby Club. Everyone welcome to come and have a go! Fun and fitness for all.

We train every Monday and Wednesday 7.15-9pm and currently compete in NC3 competition.

Yesterday, Holly from & Kirsty from ran a 'Fitness & Flo' health education night at the club, welcoming adult & u16s players, as well as our women's team coach. It was a lightheartened and supportive night that shed light on what happens in tbe body during your menstrual cycle, as well as how we as females, can use our periods at our advantage within our training schedules 💪 We also touched on the importance of nutrition & how being kind to ourselves is so important! Everyone left with a period pamper pack to empower loving yourself when you feel your cycle is against you 🫶
