MEET POPPY 🌼

Hi, I’m Poppy, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach with a huge passion for fitness and helping people become the best version of themselves. I have been training for over 6 years and have learned so much throughout that time, gaining valuable experience and knowledge that I now love sharing with others.

My main passion is bodybuilding-style training, where I enjoy focusing on strength, physique development, and building confidence both physically and mentally.

Alongside fitness, I regularly compete in equestrian sports, which has given me a strong understanding of how important fitness, discipline, and overall health are in everyday life and performance.

I’m passionate about helping people grow in confidence, improve their lifestyle, and develop a better understanding of health and fitness in a realistic and sustainable way. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, healthier, or more confident, I’m here to support and motivate you every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Scott, a personal trainer and boxing coach.

I’ve had 5 years of boxing experience. In this time I competed as an amateur boxer and began coaching.

I focus on teaching solid boxing fundamentals and helping people use them to get fitter. I also help with weight loss, muscle gain and strength training.
