l strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. If you have heard of CrossFit, but are yet to try, book yourself on to a taster session and come and see what we are all about. We have highly experienced coaches available to take you through the fundamentals of CrossFit, so you can get started and set your fitness goals.

Our first instalment of The Hyrox Protocol, what an epic start!

We wanted to create a challenging event that felt familiar, but had more focus on strength. We saw some incredible performances this afternoon, tactics were absolutely critical in achieving a successful score for each element.

The scores are in, and we look forward to adding to this lifetime scoreboard, who can top the table?

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part, those who came along and cheered, brought cookies and brought the gym to life….. we thank you 🙏
