Join us for our FREE Sunday morning run club tomorrow at 7:00 AM. It’s completely free and welcomes runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. We run at our own pace on a nice 5K route - whether you want an easy jog, a run-walk combination, or to chase a personal best, it’s entirely up to you. Come be part of our community!

🧡 TEAM PHOENIX TAKES ON THE ALDRIDGE 10K 🧡

What. A. Morning. 🔥

Today six of us lined up for the Aldridge 10K… and every single one crossed that finish line with something to celebrate.

🏅 Nikki smashed a new PB of 49:42 and took 1st in her age category! 🥇

🏅 Lynn broke her goal of sub-1:06, finishing in an incredible 1:02:30 and took that PB.

🏅 Sarah (Chao) and Dani had never run a 10K before… today they raced one!
Sarah finished in 1:10:36 and Dani in 1:10:42. Plus -before they’d even got home they’d already signed up for the Shenstone 10K! 🙌

🏅 Neal got a 51:59 & I managed a 51:39 with a 3rd place in my age category (V45) this was our very first official 10K after only trying the distance a couple of weeks ago. Not bad for two HYROX lovers who normally spend more time pushing weights than chasing 10Ks! 😅

But the best part wasn’t the finish times…

❤️ Hearing the wonderful Aldridge community spirit cheering all the runners on
❤️ Seeing so many of our amazing Phoenix members dotted around the course to boost motivation .

❤️ Our brilliant client Sally jumping in for a couple meters with each of us as we hit the final 600m !! What an absolute legend!

❤️ And our lovely client Sarah Close, marshalling for ARC just 400m from the finish (although we’re sure she’d rather have been running with us!).

A huge congratulations too to our HYROX Youngstars, Caitlin & Freya ( Nikki’s daughter s) , who finished 2nd & 3rd in the Children’s Mile, and to Mia ( Sarah daughter) , who smashed the Children’s 400m. 👏
Plus a shout out 👏 Lee (Sarah’s husband) ran an awesome 55:14…we reckon it’s about time he started coming to our HYROX classes now… 😜😂

Days like today remind us what Phoenix is all about…

SATURDAY EARLY MORNING TRAINING - While most people were still in bed, the Hyrox and Deka crews were already deep in it. 😤 Sleds getting pushed, rowers getting smashed, and zero excuses in sight. This is what training for performance looks like. The weekend is officially earned.
