☝First is When I hear that somebody need to train 8 Days a week in the gym to see results, then there is the face I give to somebody that says I am not seeing results after only 2-3month of training🤦‍♂️ and that I need to that exercises which the big guy on juice is doing to see results....🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️...
Okay Jokes aside,🥸 after few unsuccesful shots, we finally manage to take one nice picture with of course the glasses in the hand and Burj al Arab behind while being in 🌊 ....
Long story short: Results take time,🤷‍♂️ demotivation is inevitable🤷‍♂️, but to make it happen: you only need to train 3-4 times a week (choose what you can sustain for the long run), 45-75min (4-6 exercises per session), 15-18 sets per muscle group per week (20 if your recovery is on point), add some steps and cardio when you can as active recovery day, Sleep enough and Eat good.

Simple! Any workout is the best workout.
Simple! HIIT will not get you fast, but will burn you out faster and youll stop faster (as recovery is longer, easily prone to injury)
Simple! Build a good base, have results for longer time.....

💡Small reminder: Don't expect to get the the Dream body of somebody who's been training for years in 2 or 3 month🤯... When you start your fitness Journey, you do it, not just for the results, bcz its not like: "Okay I have the body now I can stop".😅
You start your fitness journey for health, for good habits, for more strength etc.. It for a good & healthy Lifestyle.......

I wanna just take a moment and Thank you 🙏 for sticking with me on this page on low and high days, throught lockdowns and normal days and speciallthe past 6 month after i moved to Abu Dhabi for my new Job/Role, that led me into being less active on S.M.
It's a big thing for me. You were awesome with Support, Saves, Comment, Likes always.. we grew the page to 2400 i could blv that 1.5 years ago.😶

I will try to be more active on here, but i can tell you its quite Hard to be honest.
So giving me idea of what type of posts you would like to see on the page, would be awesome.

Dont worry if you ate a lot not trained good, thats part of the process, thats what will drive you to stay active and keep training as well as build a lifestyle around it..

Been away, like just ghost i know.
I just roamed around profile leaving some of my sprinkle in the comment.
Enjoying my day off in Abu Dhabi, getting that all year long summer opportunity (see pic above)
Even my captions became email like😅.......
Long story-short is: the gym I work in as senior coach opened finally its doors, after years of work behind the scenes, and which i was part of the past 6 month.
the last few weeks were like the final push for the launch, from TG training courses, to Oxygen advantage, guiding the new coaches on group classes been created, concept overview etc.. time was flying, like literally flying. ⏰
To be honest i am enjoying it, to the point thay I can tell you, that "Start-Ups" is my thing........

The Things i get from the members of my online coaching:
- I can't see the difference in my body
- I am frustrated my shape isnt where i want it to be
- I am not getting the transformation.........
But here is the harsh truth:
✅ Difference is not in shape only, but also in stamina/strength/power. Primarily gym was the build strength and then people started to see changes in their body composition (where they studied and saw the relation)
✅ Changes and Transformarion take some time, dont expect to go from 0 to 100 in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 month.
Enjoy the process, enjoy every workout. Pursue the pleasure of learning lifting pushing more weight etc..
✅ Dont over complicate stuff in your head, trust the process. When you overthink you forget the small things like recovery, sleep, water, skip meals etc.. Muscle building is a process of changes then adaptation and progression..
💡 expectarion for physique isnt always what you want, and us with experience we know how/when/where to flex to make a pic look bomb..........

You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.
(Sounds so cliche, I know!)
But i did it! I have experienced it. (Short story below)
Exactly 3 years I was still in lebanon, a country on steep downhill of a 🎢 (where i had "safe, secure, comfortzone" job), took a decision to move to france, stayed almost 2 years there (also secured a unlimited time contract with not bad salary "safe, secure, comfortzone" job & country.
But still it wasnt what I wanted, so here i am 3 month now in a Desert country, rolling the Marina of the F1 location in UAE.
So if you feel you want a body shape, you dream of a car, job position etc.. Then step out of that comfort zone.
"We have to be honest about what we want and take risks rather than lie to ourselves and make excuses to stay in our comfort zone."

How much time you need in the gym?
Is it 2hrs? Or 3hrs? Or 20min? 🤔😯
Well let me you tell you the truth from the studies found:
1️⃣ You need between 12 to 20 sets per muscle group per week
2️⃣ You need to lift as heavy as you can for the x amount of rep given (ie: if its 8 reps means not 1 rep more, and if you do that 1 rep more, increase a bit your weights)
3️⃣ Your rep tempo is important (3:1:2:1) means 3 counts eccentric, 1 on max eccentric part of movement, 2 on concentric, 1 on max concentric part
➡️ Knowing that all you need after is to see how many time you can hit the gym... and spread those 12-20 sets over the week per muscle group.
𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝟭 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝟯𝟬-𝟰𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻.
Ps: no matter what goals you have (lose weight or gain muscle weight training is almost similar what can be different is adding cardio at the end of the session and nutrition).
Cons of doing long sessions: Putting your self at risk of injuries Not giving sufficient time for muscle recovery (where muscle grow and get more fiber etc..) Waste of time

Squat more to be ready for life's own Ups and Down!
I will that here!
So been asked why do I workout?
Is it competition?
Is it stage?
So my answer was basicaly very simple:
I started training because i wanted to look good, but kept training for 12 years because of the pleasure you get from seein and unlocking small objectives, small goals, new achievement, a pleasure to be in the weight room focusing on how to get better at this at that.
Then while replying i had a thought, why do people complicate stuff, why do trainers complicate stuff on their clients..
When its very simple.
1. Train for your body, but mostly your health
2. Improve your shape, but dont focus on how long, just enjoy it
3. Do the basics: 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps.. 12-20 sets/week/muscle group.. do any exercise you want.. change it every 6-8 weeks. (Simple).
