Meet Our NextGen Ambassador Coach: Nicolas

A former tennis player and coach, Nicolas discovered padel in 2018. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion, and by 2020, a career. Today, alongside Josselin, he continues to share his expertise through Joss Set & Match.

His coaching style? Energetic, positive and detail-oriented. Driven by a passion for the game, he believes that progress is the key to success. Because the more you improve, the more you win.

Being part of the RM NextGen program is a dream come true for Nicolas. Helping young talents push their limits and reach their full potential is what makes coaching so rewarding.

Beyond developing their skills on the court, he hopes the program will give these young athletes the confidence, motivation and support they need to grow into leaders, both on and off the court.

His advice to the next generation?
“Dream big and enjoy every step of the way.”

Fun fact about Nicolas? He would have loved to be a sports commentator.

One coach. One passion. A whole new generation.

Meet our Nextgen Ambassador Coach : Josselin

With a coaching journey, in tennis, that started at just 16 years old, Josselin has dedicated years to helping players grow, both on and off the court.
After discovering padel through Rémy at RM Club, he launched Joss Set & Match in 2020, welcoming Nicolas to the adventure in 2022.

His coaching philosophy? Passionate, demanding and methodical. Because talent matters, but the willingness to learn, work hard and challenge yourself makes all the difference.

His golden rule for the next generation:
“You only control two things on the court: the effort you put in and the application you bring to it.”

Through the NextGen Ambassador program, Josselin aims to develop more than great players. He wants to build confidence, discipline, independence and team spirit, while reminding young athletes that progress comes before results.

And when he’s not coaching on the court? You’ll probably find him out on the water, enjoying his passion for water sports!
One court. One mindset. A whole new generation.

The next generation is ready.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming our RM Club & RM Academies Next Gen Ambassadors for a special moment to officially kick off their ambassadorship.

From signing their contracts to receiving their official RM apparel, it was a moment to celebrate their commitment, their talent and the journey ahead.

This programme is made possible in partnership with Joss Set & Match, alongside coaches Nicolas Legros and Josselin Cotin, supporting and guiding the next generation of athletes as they develop their skills, confidence and passion for sport.

We’re proud to have these young talents representing RM Club and RM Academy and excited to see where their journey takes them.

Welcome to the RM family.
Move. Connect. Be.
