🐴🤎 Training with Fanta!

No mounting block today — just a little extra challenge. 😉
During the lesson, our rider worked through some less typical exercises and tasks prepared by the trainer.

Sometimes the best way to improve is to step outside the usual routine, try something new and learn to find balance and confidence in different situations. ✨

🏇 Training every day! 🐴✨

Every day, we get a little closer to getting to know each of our horses.

And Gurleen is already showing us what a smart girl she is! 🤎 She learns incredibly quickly and understands what we ask of her.

Even when she decides that she’s already tired, we can still find a way to communicate and come to an agreement. 😄

She is such a clever and lovely girl, and we’re really enjoying getting to know her better every day! ✨

☝️ Every horse owner should have a good farrier on their contact list.

Hoof care is much more than simply trimming and putting on shoes. Even a small mistake in trimming or shoeing can affect hoof balance, movement and the horse’s comfort.

Incorrect hoof angles, excessive trimming, a long toe, insufficient heel support, or an imbalanced shoe can change the way a horse bears weight and moves. Over time, this can place additional stress on the joints, tendons and ligaments.

That’s why we always wait for our farrier — and we are very happy with his work. ❤️

Experience has taught us that it’s not worth choosing just anyone because they happen to be available. Unfortunately, we’ve had some difficult experiences in the past, and we learned from them.

How can you tell if a problem might be related to the feet or shoeing? 🐴

Changes in movement are an important warning sign: lameness, a shorter stride, reluctance to turn, changes in the way the horse places a foot, or increased sensitivity after work. But these signs can have many different causes, so the safest approach is to have the horse properly examined by a veterinarian and work together with a qualified farrier.

Good farriery is not about making the hooves simply look good. It’s about supporting the horse’s soundness, comfort and long-term well-being. 🤎

Yesterday evening, we were eagerly awaiting the arrival of two new horses, but only one made it here. Of course, we were a little disappointed—but at the same time, we were so happy to welcome our new girl. ❤️

Maybe yesterday was simply her moment to shine! ⭐️

Meet Gurleen—a beautiful 5-year-old mare. 🐴✨

And don’t worry—our second new arrival will be joining us a little later. We’ll be waiting for her! 🤎

For now, all eyes are on this sweet girl. 🥰

✨ FANTAZIJA — 6-year-old mare looking for her new home

Height: 148 cm
Age: 6 years
Location: Vantaa, Finland

Fanta is a lovely, social and kind-hearted mare with a pleasant temperament. She gets along very well with other horses and has comfortably shared a paddock with different horses.

She is easy to handle in everyday care — shoeing, clipping and other routine procedures are all problem-free. She travels well and is comfortable with transportation.

Fanta has been in regular training throughout and has had no breaks from work due to health issues. She has no known findings affecting her use.

A sweet, cooperative and easy-going young mare looking for the right person and a loving new home. 🤍
