CLUB FOR COMMUNITY Myself (Shane) and Ben were introduced to each other one faithful night and immediately connected.

This was mainly due to our passion for boxing, mental health, and community. We both were doing 1:1 boxing sessions as well as offering different mental health services in the community. It didn't take long before we thought of the positive impact we could have if we joined forces. Soon after, through many meetings and advice from our community, we came up with the name "Breathe & Box - VLC". We w

on't bore you with our background in mental health and boxing but we're happy to share our knowledge and skills in our boxing classes. Our aim is to create a space for all members of the community to develop skills for boxing and mindset, as well as create new friends and new memories. This is our mission, to make a positive impact on the community that we live in.

Round 3 is broken into two 6 week blocks with the emphasis on creating the lifestyle you truly desire.
For those looking for that extra challenge, Desafío Team Obstacle course is a team event we will be training for which is on June 21st. On top of this, as always the best outdoor boxing classes in VLC.

Bigger Than Boxing

€1,535 raised.

This is what happens when a community comes together with purpose.

Boxing is powerful. It challenges you, builds resilience, and pushes you to grow.
But boxing is still just an activity. What truly matters is being part of a community that actively supports each other — and the wider community around us.

That is what Breathe & Box is: a club for community.

This event was created to raise awareness and funds for those affected by the DANA floods here in Valencia. Many lives were devastated, and entire communities have had to rebuild from something incredibly difficult. The only way through that is through community, resilience, and people showing up for one another.

That was the inspiration behind this event.

The €1,535 raised went directly to supporting a school in Paiporta that was damaged by the floods, helping them rebuild and restore essential resources.

We are proud to play a small role in something much bigger.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed, supported, and showed up
