CLUB FOR COMMUNITY Myself (Shane) and Ben were introduced to each other one faithful night and immediately connected.

This was mainly due to our passion for boxing, mental health, and community. We both were doing 1:1 boxing sessions as well as offering different mental health services in the community. It didn't take long before we thought of the positive impact we could have if we joined forces. Soon after, through many meetings and advice from our community, we came up with the name "Breathe & Box - VLC". We w

on't bore you with our background in mental health and boxing but we're happy to share our knowledge and skills in our boxing classes. Our aim is to create a space for all members of the community to develop skills for boxing and mindset, as well as create new friends and new memories. This is our mission, to make a positive impact on the community that we live in.

Welcome to Season 3 of Breathe & Box. 🥊

Round 1 runs from September until 13 December—and this round is about COMMUNITY.

More than simply training together, we’re creating a pathway for people to:

🥊 Challenge their bodies and minds
🧠 Regulate and strengthen their wellbeing
🤝 Connect with others
❤️ Contribute to the community
🌱 Develop the confidence to lead

Across the round, expect boxing, strength and conditioning, breathwork, beach training, Community Mornings, collaborations and social experiences.

We’ll also come together for two headline experiences:

🏕️ The Breathe & Box Community Trip
A chance to step away from everyday life, explore somewhere new and connect through movement, nature and shared experiences.

🥊🎭 Boxing × Culture: End of Round 1
Our end-of-round celebration, bringing together boxing, creativity, culture and community.

All levels are welcome. Come to train, grow, connect and become part of something bigger.
