Ūlfa opens next Saturday, the 18th, in Fuengirola. Its host, , has created a space to meet, create, and share through different experiences and expressions.

Inward Flow practices began last week, and soon other workshops and classes will be added.

✨New concept. New space.

Inward Flow classes blend creative movement with yoga techniques to improve mobility and release physical tension. Using the breath as our guide, we flow from gentle movements into deeper postures to create a moment of peace and stillness to reconnect with ourselves.

I want to thank Ulfa Studios for giving me the opportunity to share my practice in her center. I’m excited to begin this journey and be part of this wonderful project.
