Voodoo Divers is a successful and established European run PADI accredited dive center based in the heart of Hurghada, Egypt, right on the beach. We are relaxed and fun, managed to high safety standards and offer all courses from introductory dives through to Dive Master certification. For qualified divers we offer daily diving on one of our 40 beautiful local reefs accessed by our own recently re

furbished boat. We will share sightings, offers, and social happenings on our site - because we think you might like to see what happens when you have to go back home!

We’re diving into a new Cover Photo Contest — and we want to see the ocean through your lens! 📸❤️ if you’ve ever dived with us and captured the magic beneath the surface, share your favorite shot with us for a chance to win!

The winning photo will be our cover picture for the next month!!!😍 + you get bragging rights AND a drink next time you’re at Voodoo! 😉

FYI....we don’t post the same thing two months in a row. So make sure to check out our last month’s winning photo!
Hand drawn artwork are also accepted as submissions🐬🍀

Our guests were delighted by a visit from a zebra shark on an early morning dive ❤️🦓 Although it can sometimes be confused with the leopard shark, the zebra shark is more commonly associated with the Red Sea, while the leopoard shark is commoly found in the eastern Pacific. Adults are covered in spots, while juveniles have strong dark-and-light stripes, which explains the origin of their name! 🤩

Een van de leukste dingen aan het zien van een zebrahaai onder water is dat de volwassen haai er totaal anders uitziet dan de jongen 🦓🦈 Door de strepen van een jonge zebrahaai lijkt het wel een heel ander dier.
Naarmate hij volwassen wordt, verdwijnen de strepen en maken ze plaats voor de kenmerkende vlekken ❤️

Unsere Gäste konnten einen der außergewöhnlichsten Bewohner des Roten Meeres beobachten: den Zebra-Hai! Trotz seines Namens wird er wegen seiner Flecken oft mit dem Leopardenhai verwechselt. ❤️🦓
