This is the very beautiful Casa Inspira, where I have been running weekend retreats for over 10 years. We have exclusive use of the whole house and grounds, making it the perfect escape.

My next retreat is 9-11 April 2027. If you're interested in joining, email me at [email protected]

I found the perfect wall for Half Moon pose 🌙🏰

I rarely take my yoga mat or props on holiday with me. Instead, I adapt my practice to suit the space I find myself in, using whatever surface, furniture or objects are available. I filmed this in a small hotel room where the walls, a small ledge and a cupboard door were perfect for creating resistance and/or containment. With a little creativity, I managed hip and shoulder openers, inversions, side stretches, twists and (of course) some quality relaxation time.

Some heart-warming feedback from the recent weekend retreat at Casa Inspira:

✨ A breathtakingly wonderful weekend!

✨ I arrived at Casa Inspira on Friday afternoon and never felt the urge to leave even for a second.

✨ Everything was perfect!

✨ The opportunity to spend quality time together and discover such a special and motivating community is truly a gift.

✨ THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️

✨ I feel totally relaxed, replenished and well-nourished.
