Aerial Yoga is great but... what if you could try something similar yet very different? 😶🌫️ Our Aerial Hammock classes are rooted in the world of acrobatics. Learn to perform splits, backbends, drops, flips, and spins, while building strength, coordination, and body awareness. You'll develop smooth transitions between skills, create choreographies, and learn conditioning techniques to use your muscles efficiently and safely.
We use single-point hammocks equipped with swivels for spinning and every class includes crash mats to ensure a safe training environment.
