MEET MAYA

She brings a unique and vibrant energy to her classes. Drawing on 300+ Jivamukti Yoga training and an electric background in costume design, art, literature and philosophy.

Her teaching style is functional and fun, with an emphasis on hands-on assists, and creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable exploring their physical and mental boundaries.

MEET KATHRIN

Kathrin is a dancer, movement teacher and also a photographer. She is bringing her bubbly energy and creativity into her classes, where she combines mobility, strength exercises and stretching to work with the body in a way that increases flexibility and stability over time.

Join Isabelle for a combination of Yin Yoga and Sound—a deeply restorative and meditative experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

Slow, mindful movements and breathwork create a grounding space for introspection and healing while the element of Sound creates deep relaxation through the frequencies of the gong, singing bowls and other instruments, sometimes vocals and poetry.
