Here is our wonderful Daniela practicing Hanging Pull-Ups.
Daniela teaches our Friday evening Contrology Workout and is also a valued part of our Teacher of the Contrology Method Mentorship Education.
And still, Pilates is only one part of who she is.
In her life beyond the studio, Daniela is also a remarkable artist — and maybe that is exactly what you can see in her work: discipline, sensitivity, presence, and a deep understanding of form.
To me, she is a beautiful example of someone who does not only teach Pilates.
She lives the work — in her body, in her teaching, and in the way she moves through life.
