What should you expect when you book one of our Tower Classes? A full body class with a strong focus on movement quality and body awareness!
Separate springs can provide independent resistance for the right & left sides of the body, asking for deep stabilisation, helping to correct muscle imbalances, and training unilateral movement patterns
An emphasis on precision and control over speed, helps to improve overall balance and coordination
Working on a non-sliding base provides provides:
• Neurological Safety: the brain senses a fixed surface, reducing fear of falling or losing balance, and immediately lowering overall muscle guarding and tension
• Predictable Support: Ideal for acute injury rehabilitation, prenatal clients, or elderly users who require a totally predictable, unchanging base to work from
• Heavy Spring Loading: Working against much heavier spring resistances also becomes possible, from the stability of a non-moving surface
Progressive resistance provides both beginners and advanced movers with the support or challenge they need
Maybe it's time to step away from the reformer and try something new!
