First 10-day training camp completed in Paphos 🇨🇾🥊
Oisin, Ryan, Chris and Zach have all been put through their paces as preparations continue for their upcoming fights. Hard work, discipline and commitment throughout the camp. Now it's time to build on the foundations and keep pushing forward.

working hard in the gym over the last week. Ryan is one of Ireland's most highly regarded boxing talents and is currently unbeaten at 13-0 as a Super Lightweight professional. Paphos now joins Limassol and Larnaca as locations for major MMA events on the island. On Saturday, Bushido held a quality MMA event at the Castle in the Harbour, with fighters from 9 countries in front of a packed venue and numerous TV stations. Well done to the fighters, coaches and everyone involved — it was great to be a part of it.

Congratulations to Brad Axe on his win last weekend in the iconic York Hall against a tough, experienced lad from Essex. Despite an early cut, he fought on and earned a points victory.

In the summer we had the pleasure of Gully coming to train with us. I was immediately struck by his intensity and engine during training — it was through the roof. We got some good rounds banked despite the heat, and I was also able to secure him some top sponsorship.
Gully was training for his British title fight, which he eventually got at the weekend after a postponement. I knew his opponent wouldn’t have the power to keep him off and was positive Gully would be waking up a British champion on Sunday morning.
Unfortunately, he was on the end of a wonky decision, with the fight declared a draw. I’ve yet to read or speak to anyone who had Gully losing or drawing.
Hopefully he gets the rematch.

Working hard in the gym hes very active bouncing from fight to fight. Fighting on the back foot, distance, timing, block cross, block uppercut, block left hook all being countered... traps set... learning to figh moving forwards and backwards.

Great to have over again tjis to train with us, im looking forwards to seeimg him back in the summer, tempted to get him matched up. A good boxer and top bloke. jumped in and joined the sessions and got some time on the pads.
