• Wednesday 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
•Friday 10:00 AM -11:00 A.M
🎯 Improve fitness, strength, coordination, and self-confidence through fun, safe, and engaging workouts.
📢 Important Notice for Parents: For safety reasons and to ensure the smooth operation of the gym, children are not allowed to remain in the gym area without participating in an organized program while their parents are training.
For better organization, children may enroll in one of the gym’s available programs during their parents’ workout sessions
