Das Konzept der Esseboats: ein Segelschiff ohne große Mannschaft oder auch allein, unkompliziert und einfach segeln, welches bei sehr wenig Wind nicht dümpelt, sondern segelt, bei viel Wind sicher und stabil ist und trotzdem schnell! Die Esse750, Esse850, Esse 850 LE, Esse990 und Esse 330 sind Ausdruck dieser Philosophie. Design, Sportlichkeit und die perfekte Ausstattung stehen für ein modernes

Daysailer-Konzept. Ende Oktober 2003 waren die Linien für die Esse850 definiert und das Entwicklungsteam mit Felci Design, der Proteus Werft vom Gardasee und der Schuchter Sportboot AG erarbeitete hochwertigen Detaillösungen. März 2004 wurde die Baunummer 1 der Esse 850 eingewässert, die Premiere der Esseboats. Mit der Esse990, der Esse850 LE und der Esse750 folgten weitere Modelle dem Esseboats Konzept. Die neuste Innovation der Esseboats-Familie ist die Esse 330. Sie verbindet die sportlichen Segeleigenschaften aller Vorgängermodelle und bietet gleichzeitig den Komfort, das Wochenende auf dem Segelboot verbringen zu können.

Last weekend, 16 boats met for the Esseboats Cup in Thalwil. Unfortunately, it was not possible to sail on Friday and Saturday due to a lack of wind - but we were rewarded with perfect conditions and exciting races on Sunday.
