We are in great shock by the sad news that Uhlmann Fencing will be ceasing operations at the end of October. A real loss for the fencing world!
We have always had great confidence in their high-quality products and, above all, in their passionate staff, who brought so much valuable experience to the table.
For so many years, Uhlmann Fencing has been a competent, innovative and loyal partner – not only in organising our major World Cup, but also as the supplier of the entire infrastructure in our fencing hall.
Over the years of our collaboration, a wonderful friendship has developed between them and us, for which we are very grateful.
We are so proud of what we have achieved together all these years and we would particularly like to say a big thank you to Willi, and Andreas –and to everyone in the team who supported us during the Basel World Cup– for their consistently warm cooperation!
With this closure, the sport of fencing is losing a true institution!
We wish their staff all the very best for the future!
