A Thanksgiving Hello! -

I am honored to have been part of this project with my friends at Marshpoint Elementary School & Loop It Up Savannah!
What a perfect way to allow our kids and staff to take a moment in their busy day to be mindful, surround themselves in a safe space, cultivate trust and slow down.
I can’t wait to see all the amazing impact this room has.

I had the honor to volunteer my time this week with my friends at Whitemarsh Day School as we read and moved our bodies!

Kinestetic learning allows us to retain content better and aids to all different types of learners!

I’m always up to help a good cause and this strikes close to home.

If you haven’t heard today Americans are speaking up to call out Kellogg's and the things they put in our food system effecting our kids and our families.

If you haven’t heard about the differences in what American cereals have compared to the same cereals in other countries take a few minutes to learn and educate yourself.

Who are you advocating for? How can your choices make change?

Today I’m marching with hundreds of activists and health leaders to hold Kellogg’s accountable for poisoning American citizens with artificial ingredients they don’t use in other countries.

We will be delivering OVER 400,000 petition signatures to their headquarters, asking them to remove the artificial dyes and BHT from their cereals once and for all!

I’ve been fighting for this for so long.

I never anticipated how much support our movement has gotten.

And it’s because Americans have had ENOUGH.

No else is holding Kellogg’s accountable. So it’s up to us.

I’m so grateful to be in this fight with you.

Today is a monumental day for us!
