I blink and suddenly they’re not so little anymore.

The way their voices are changing, the things they notice now, the independence creeping in where tiny hands used to reach for mine without thinking… it’s beautiful and it’s heartbreaking all at once.

I used to think the hard part was the sleepless nights and the constant needing. But no one really prepares you for this part—the quiet shift. The letting go in slow motion.

I catch myself studying their faces a little longer, memorizing the way they laugh, the way they still come to me when they’re tired or unsure… because I know those moments are becoming more precious by the day.

Growing them has been the greatest privilege of my life.

Even as my heart whispers… slow down, just a little longer 🤍

Hi, I’m Marla.

I’m a mom of two girls, a coach, and the creator of The Marla Method® — a system built from my Fire Series using five pillars designed to strengthen the female body, mind, and soul together.

Fitness didn’t just change my body. It helped me rebuild my mind. Through ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, movement became my anchor.

I teach women how to get stronger — not just physically, but in how they think, how they regulate, and how they show up. The Marla Method® gives structure and intention to that strength.

Being part of Ms. Health & Fitness isn’t about a title for me. It’s about showing my daughters — and every woman watching — that strength is something we choose daily.
